Where We Ship From

All Viora orders are shipped from the United States.

Where We Ship To

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 5 to 9 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are $2.99 per order. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $50.00 or more.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays

In exceptional cases, such as public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be longer than usual. We will do our best to inform you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Viora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please carefully verify your address details when placing your order.
